First chance I've had to look at IOM's Earnings...

Boy, what a stinker.

For all those Iomaniacs who "trade on the Fundamentals," here is one:

Zip Revenue (Iomega's Core Product) is DOWN 4% Year to Year.

Here is a stunner: Iomega Revenue is DOWN 11% year to Year.

These numbers are MUCH WORSE than I predicted. I apologize now for my prior optimism regarding Iomega's numbers.

Flop!, $1 Million in Revenue. Let me repeat that. $1 Lousy Million. This is the "Savior" of Iomega. In its 6 months of release, Flop! has generated all of $6 Million is Revenue. This product has performed exactly as I predicted- initial buys by Iomaniacs and tech-heads, then...Nothing. PC Card Clik is displaying the exact same pattern. Do not be fooled again by proven liars like the likes of Bateh by thinking it will do otherwise. Flop! is a solution looking for a problem. There is no need for it in the general market, and lousy sales are affirming this.

Iomaniacs should seriously reconsider this company. Their attitude regarding this company should be, like the old saying goes, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on Me.
