Mike and others:

I think that HDSL2 will be very successful, since
it allows ILECs to save copper without changing
significantly their business model. However, large
rollouts of HDSL2 will not take place until the end
of the year. ADTN's stock performance has more to do with its
excellent execution in the HDSL market.
