from the very begining that unikay99 and FG were one and the same. I'd registered under that alias to start with but didn't feel comfortable signing anything but my own name. So I re-registered under F_G and F+G, as sometimes I have trouble loging in with the system under one and I then use the other. Gives a bit of variety and completely screws up their fragile little minds: remember how Alpine Sloth went crazy one day over that??
You should have left a post on the "new" thread, as it's going to become very handy one day, you'll see...

physically speaking. You got it right concerning Fodyie (Truthseeker??) and realmoney, whom I call affectionately realmonkey. Defend your thread against these unscrupulous short sellers or they'll overrun you with their rantings, lies and misrepresentations.
The documents Flodyie is referring to were sent to a lawyer friend of mine, who shall remain nameless by request. Here are excerpts of his reply to me, if you still had any doubts about ZSUN.
"Francois and Floyd: I've reviewed the ZSUN materials faxed to me today by Floyd. I have faxed the four-page summary to Francois, and mailed to him the entire 52-page package.
There is no law against a company having its own office address (the telephone directory search address?) while simultaneously using the IR firm's address as a mailing address. In fact, several companies represented by that IR firm can do the same thing, if they wish. This frees each of them from having to deal with shareholders.
The address used for a state filing does not usually have to be the company's main office address. It could be the registered agent's or company attorney's address, a non-updated listing using the address of the former owners of the shell, or a current satellite office of the company. A change in this information, which the shorters could have brought to the company's attention, might not be an effort to "cover the trail" - it might be that the company simply corrected the outdated or incorrect information once it became aware of it.
Ziasun is not Bestway anymore, so I don't see why the 11/12/97 purchase order or the "related party" issue has any relevance to ZSUN.
There is nothing illegal about Veritas being affiliated with a broker-dealer (Amber), and the Hong Kong problem is irrelevant to ZSUN.
CONCLUSION: I see no reason why the SEC would want to investigate ZSUN, much less halt its trading, based upon my interpretation of the facts set forth in Floyd's fax. I have no position in ZSUN and do not intend to invest in it, long or short. All the best to both of you".

ZSUN news today indicated an EPS of 33/35 cents for 1999. That is very conservative and I would not be surprise to actually see an EPS of close to 50 cents for 99, since they always end up revising their projections upwards, due to the fast pace of expansion.
When you factor in the world wide expansion of the acquired seminar company and the benefits derived from the synergy between the various companies in the ZSUN group, in terms of additional exposure and cross feeding, a 50 cents EPS is not far fetched.
What's does the market says about PE's? A quick check shows PE for
YAHOO at 1800 and 700 for AOL! "Preposterous! It could not possibly apply to ZSUN", you might say. I am not so sure, since ZSUN is a multifaceted Company with little competition at its level in the exploding market of Asia, where only a handful of Internet related Companies are actually listed on a US stock exchange. This rarity factor clearly increases the PE.
So, if we are very conservative and apply a PE of say, 200, times 50 cents forward earnings, we get a share price of $100.00. PCNTF, which is in a comparable class, although it is already listed on NASDAQ, projects EPS of 24 cents for 1999 and is currently priced at $52.00, which would lend credibility to this short term target for ZSUN stock.(since then, PCNTF closed at $72.00)
By the way, the audit of ZSUN is being completed and the full set of financials will be tabled within 2 weeks. The documents for the application to NASDAQ listing should currently be prepared and I expect a listing approval within 3 to 6 months.
