So I drafted the proposed work for the owner to finish to repair the deficiencies in the property - six numbered paragraphs, 15 sub-paragraphs, a. through o., and nine sub-sub-paragraphs, i. through ix. Gave it to our agent, she just about hit the roof, said the owner would just throw it in the trash. She had a hand-written touchy-feelie list of things to do she wanted to use instead. We insisted that she send ours. Told her the owner had to get it all done by 7/23/99, as per contract.

I am sitting here looking at something the County hands out to homeowners who want to enclose an existing carport, it's 18 pages. Chris took one look at it, and said, "Hoo boy, he's gonna walk."

Well, the saga continues.
