They sold a money losing division of Interlynx at a profit. NETN bought the other 49% of Interlynx and is exploring the possibility of doing an offering with this division and then possible spin it off to the shareholders. Keep in mind that Interlynx is NETN's Internet web based training division that developed "Provis"! A tried and proven product by the CIBC. The next question is is what type of valuation will this Division Bring? I hope this helps! They market reacted well to the news.
