I find that I have little time to learn the little itty bitty details of ADSL,DSL,DWDM,routers etc.etc., and fear that since I do not work in the industry, that ultimately any knowledge I do gain would not be sufficient to inform my investment decisions. Thus, I am reduced to reading the media coverage, which is usually opaque at a detailed level. This usually keeps me away from investing in such companies, but I could no longer ignore the rapid ascension in stock prices in this sector, thus my purchases of AWRE and JNPR. Now that I have them, I confess that I have no idea when I am going to get out :-), a rather frightening position to be in. I will just let them run for now.
