Thank you kha vu, It seems that I have to have an association with some sector of the telecom business to get this product. I don't think that paying for two ISP, one cable company, and two telecom bills qualifys me. (VBG) Is there any other way to get this information as it seems to be something that would be useful? The email seems to be a feature they have coming for "qualified persons". AnnieO
