Mr. Podsiadlik,

There is absolutely nothing phony about me. I regularly post my personal entry and exit points on two threads on SI. I don't post my trades days, hours, or even minutes after they are filled. Depending on the market conditions, I post my trades within seconds after they are filled and they are visible for all to see. I spent most of my time on these two threads, incidentally, before Wexler decided to maliciously libel a stock that I own. If you are trying to insinuate that I never short stocks, you are completely wrong, and I would have considered shorting the stock of a company that sold compressed lettuce burgers.

<Oh gee, I guess that just destroys the entire short case.>

You completely missed my point. GBUR may indeed be a good short because of slowing sales growth, increasing losses, and in the opinion of some, an overvalued stock. These are legitimate reasons for shorting a stock and are valid discussion points. However, characterizing GardenBurger's products as "compressed salad" is not accurate, and is malicious libel when taken in context of Wexler's behavior on various threads around SI. My point remains, why does Wexler feel compelled to paint a fictitious picture of companies when he could stick to more salient issues. If he has a pattern of doing this, then one has to question his integrity and anything that he posts.

<I suggest a 48 hour respite from SI and immediate removal of this thread from your SubjectMarks.>

"Wexler", if that's even his real name, has a better chance of being removed from SI for conduct violations than I have of removing this thread from my SubjectMarks.
