The first reference to an acquisition was in a June 10 PR. The reference to the 5.4mm shares was made in the June 23 revenue projection PR. If they had done the acquisition, I would think they would have announced it. You're right, usually they do the acquisition and then issue the shares. In either event, that still doesn't explain the increase in the float...especially in light of the revenues. Ask yourself this: If this were any other company, how long would it be trading at a P/E of 1? The credibility has to be established and filing the 10 would go a long way towards doing that. TG
