Quicken download worked for me tonight. First time in months. Unfortunately, it ignored a couple of months of trades (April and May) which I have stubbornly refused to hand enter. I have done no trading with this account (since May) until today, when I decided to unload a position. It picked up that transaction, but alas, looks like my active months of April and May will get entered by hand.

Like many here, I'm of two minds about Datek. I remember the good old days fondly. I've taken the recent poor service personally, and made the Quicken download my litmus test. If they get that working, I'll begin using the account again. If not, eventually I'll transfer the funds and move on.

I have a question I'm hoping someone here can answer. Is a broker held stop loss offer (conditional offer below the current bid) available on some screens? I know that my level II screen only shows offers above the bid and bids below the ask, but I'm wondering if conditional offers below the current bid are displayed or available to MM's. I ask because I've been unpleasantly surprised at the number of times my conditional sell gets hit at the low of the day. TIA.

Pierre
