Thanks, Bill. Implementing this is going to be very hard for Telstra. Pretty soon you'll have one supplier blaming another for the problems. I hope Telstra is already hiring consultants to sort this up. By the way: A bit Nortel-slanted this Aussie journalist isn't him?
