Here's the bit from WSJ today. Where the heck is the press release with this warning????????????????

JDS Uniphase gained 7 15/16 to 171 1/4 on Nasdaq. Late Tuesday, the San Jose, Calif., maker of laser-based electronics and telecommunications systems warned that it would post fiscal fourth-quarter results that would fall short of Wall Street's forecasts, though Salomon Smith Barney Wednesday boosted its rating on the stock.
