Calfert Yes, But I don't Believe For too Long... Since It's All Subsidiaries(Most, Anyway !!!)That Filled for Cht. 11 It's Just A Matter Of Time before the Cancer Eats the Hole Thing.... And Now Those Subsidiaries Can't Be Included As An Asset Since they'll Be Liquidating those Assets probably as A carried Forward Loss For years to Come, And It's Doubtfull that They Will Stay Healthy Long Enough to take Advantage Of that... Therefore, It's Questionable How they Are Going to maintain The Assets Requiarements demanded by Nasdaq ???? Kevin Probably Could Elaborate More On this Chapter, Since He Is More Up To date Than me.... Thanks To the CPA Exams... Every 5 years or So....Depending By State ??? Hope I've been Of Help... TT BTW, I Believe That Edison Main Mission Was Just That, Liquidation of the Company for top $$$, or Whatever He Can get For It !!!
