Valid considerations, all of which can be included in a discussion of the multiple of IDTC operating income (sans NTOP) estimate. What multiple would you consider valid, and can you cite any comparables as substantiation?

Alternatively, we could break out the ISP business et al, and value them separately.

Admittedly, my multiple is guesswork.
