Come on Elroy you can figure out more than one answer to that. Intel does have Aware licensing under control as I understand it. One way is in a deal with ADI. Damn man I posted you a link, maybe you should ask Tony The Tiger. Another could be through a buyout they've done previously. Another is possible via Cisco. And another is...ah never mind that is enough for now. Mind you I'm not saying Aware or ADI is included in the Intel\Cisco deal, just exploring the possibilities.

An example is the TI\Siemens deal...Aware isn't mentioned there. But we know the switches have Aware tech included. Level One technology is not being used in the deal as I've read today. Why Level One you ask. Well Intel did buy them didn't they? Now that makes me wonder about Shiva, what about you?

One thing I think is important to remember, that is the charter members of the UAWG. Aware and Intel have been there from the start.
