I made a long term purchase on Monday for $10 and change. I don't care what the price is next week, next month or 6 mo. from now as long as the development and regulatory process moves forward. I am looking for net income of $3 to $6 in 2003. At a PE of 25 this puts the stock in the $75 to $150 range. A small Co like VPHM has a lot of risk and I understand that, but I like the risk/reward on that $10 purchase.
