Yes, this is a serious concern. That SI would hand over without question and without notice the identity and location of its posters to any lawyer - if I may use the word loosely - who on instruction of the sort of mouth-breathing moronic goons who tout non-reporting bulletin board stocks on these threads types up and sends SI a subpoena is alarming. It's also bad business. That's a hint, Jeff Dryer and Russell Horowitz. It's one thing when a judge makes a court order, or when the SEC demands that information. Then you have no choice but to comply forthwith and without notice - we understand that. But I consider that if SI succumbs to a legal ruse and turns over the location of my house to agents of non-reporting bulletin board touts, it is compromising the physical security of my family and may very well be legally culpable for that action. I don't believe SI would do that. I'd like to think better of them. Brad and Jeff certainly never would have. But maybe they don't count much any more. We shall see.
