NAVR doesn't seem to want to fly, but another Nav stock, Navigant (FLYR) may be worth keeping an eye on:

"Jay Petschek, of the investment firm Corsai Capital Partners, who own 5 percent of the company, says Navigant is in talks with
several Internet portals regarding the company's online business, which Petschek told the magazine [Business Week] he believes will be spun off
in an [sic] public offering."
