Brian, I wondered the same thing. After reading the PR the abbreviation of the company name (EPS)in the same format as EVDS uses
(Tampa, FL-based Environmental Products Services (EPS),) raised some caution in my mind.

This is a distribution company who gave the contract for $3m over five years. Do they have the resources to do this or are they just betting on a good product and want some exclusive territority to try and sell into? Is this some EVDS corporate officer setting up a family member to sell the product and pocket the profit?

So I check the Florida Sec of State for a corporate name/trademark, there is none. I checked the yellow pages for Tampa and the state of Florida, there is none.

So I wonder too! How about some of y'all checking your resource sites too.
