Lawrence. I watched the last hour trading and the trades were going through at the ask. Bid did not hit 0.30 until right at close. Ameritrade shows only one trade out of last ten at bid. It was for 15,000 and the other 9 trades were for 158K at the ask. Here's link host.cnbc.com I guess the other 400,000 in last hour must have been at the bid right and that's why the price was driven up. Why don't you paint in the correct colors before you post.
