Misunderstood.

Alex Mereulo and Pizza Loco are out of CHGO totally. Before ASSI's purchase of 866,000, ASSI(Louis Habash) owned 1,309,500 shares. This now puts them at 2,175,500 or 28.41% ownership. Between ASSI, Inc, Paul Motenko and Jeremiah Hennessy, they own 46% of the outstanding shares.
