Yes, WIN is his BB service, but you're now able to access it through the Internet.It's much better/cheaper. Before, you had to pay for a long distance call to Washington state for as long as you were on BB. Now it's just a local call through the Web.
I paid $500 for WIN some time ago. I'm not sure I'd pay what he's asking now. However, next year it will be double or triple, judging from his price increases.(ridiculous) But I guess as long as it's selling, he'll keep raising it! So ask yourself how much is it worth to you.
I think once you know his methods, you can do your own research & find companies on your own. Seek out people on S.I. who are good at TA, and learn from them. The info shared on S.I. is much more valuable than the cost of W.I.N.
Also, don't be fooled into thinking that just because a company meets or beats estimates, that the price will go up. It doesn't always happen that way, & if your holding calls, you're dead meat. I've discovered that sometimes, there is no rhyme or reason in this game.
