david, while i'd like to share your optimism about the DoD, i must confess that supply system argument is a real stretch in credulity. testing whether or not a supply of military green toilet paper gets ordered and delivered is about as important to defending this country as a new golf cover for my big bertha is to qualifying for the next US Open. mission critical systems do not depend upon launching payload wads of 175 sheet, double-ply at our enemy from 30 miles offshore via cruise missles. i will sleep so much better this evening knowing that our military asses are now squeezably soft-ly covered with DoD Charmin.
