My 2 cents worth... i haven't posted since Alientech blasted me for my optimism in NETA. I'm currently recruiting for them heavily. They need people BIG-TIME. (See my earlier posts). Now, I know NOTHING about whats going on but I have three Sr Security Engineers who are waiting to resign from their present employers. We negotiated (Verbally) Salary, start dates etc. All I'm waiting on are the offer letters. I've been waiting THREE WEEKS FOR THE OFFICIAL LETTERS. My gut is telling me that, if I'm correct, companys' freeze all hiring during a takeover process to allow the acquiror the ability to count all the beans. BTW, even the slowest corporations usually get offer letters out within a week of an offer. Again, I know nothing, but for a company that need people, in a field where its REALLY HARD to find good people, this is highly unusual behavior. FWIW, Craig
