Tom: The meeting we hosted last week with both buy and sell side analysts was designed as a medium to introduce our new Symmetra Power Array product. We did not discuss the first quarter since we are in a quiet period and we also did not make any revisions to our guidance for 1997.

I have to admit my opinion may be somewhat subjective, but I believe the event went well and the attendees left feeling positive about APC- but you would have to ask them personally to get their response.

I hope that helps to some extent.
