What has China.com have in common with the UK's free Internet portal X-stream (XSNI-Nasdaq)? Both have 400,000 subscribers each. X-stream is in the UK and South Africa and will be expanding into the European market 370 million people. X-stream was the first to offer FREE Internet to the world. It's rumored they are looking for an IPO with Lehman Brothers also.
