Robb. The A's were fro july. E's havent come yet on delisting. V's have 1 1/2 years yet?

I think revenues are several million dollars. As for filings... the chief can say what he wants.

He can tell shareholders he is going to turn this company into a billion dollars. My guess is with a float around half million shares and still buying, that the forward spilt is a reward for current shareholders andall he needs to do is land some of the big business he has been anticipating.

If they issue any solid news before the split, i see this stock crossing 45.00. My opinion only.

ps. If he gets all the big business, for parts and supplies alone, he would be smart to build a partnership with seamens or allied or whomever is big in that electical market.
