I met privately with Ken Tepper, Daniel Tailor, Craig Scher, Zeev Shenkman and Maureen Steady yesterday for several hours! Since I hold one percent of the Bank I have to be very careful as to what I can and can not say. So I'm going to use a lot of generalizations here!
Some of you guy's just don't get it, the Internet is one big “BUDDY SYSTEM” it's not always what you know, but who you know and who you socialize with! Tepper is a very charismatic, likable guy. He represent's USAB exptremely well! He socializes with a lot of “Big Name Internet CEO's.”
I'm not going to say the look, feel and functionality of the website is irrelevant, but let's just assume someone said, “deposit $500.00 into our bank; earn 5% interest and we'll give you a FREE new major brand name computer.” Would you do it? Ask ten people this question and ask them if they even care what the website looks like! A website is a living, breathing thing in constant motion. What you currently see is not even close to what the final version will look like. Ken and Daniel are very easy going people; they read every single email suggestion. If their customers don't like the website I “GUARENTEE” they will change it immediately!
My major reason for attending the shareholder meeting was to look the owners in the eye, ask the tough questions and see what they had to say. I've been in sales for 11 years, I can read peoples eyes! I can honestly say there wasn't a single employee that wasn't firmly committed with this Internet bank achieving their goals. Not the slightest bit of hesitation with one of them! Not a single negative thing to say about anyone! Extremely confidant, extremely committed!
As I've said before I don't make predictions as to where the stock will trade today or next week. But I can ASSURE you, it will be much higher 6 months . . . 1 year and 10 years out! I'm not selling one of my 40,200 shares!
