Ticketmaster Announces Long-term Ticketing Agreements With St. Louis Rams and St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission

ST. LOUIS--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--July 16, 1999--

Ticketmaster Continues Expansion Throughout St. Louis

Ticketmaster, a USA company (NASDAQ:USAI) has announced its exclusive, long-term ticketing agreements with St. Louis Rams and St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission whereby Ticketmaster will provide ticketing services for all St. Louis Rams home games as well as all America's Center and Trans World Dome events.

Effective July 1, 1999, fans may purchase tickets to America's Center and Trans World Dome events at Ticketmaster retail Ticket Centers throughout St. Louis including select Schnucks Market locations, Famous Barr, Streetside Records, and Blue Note Sports Shops; by calling Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone; and via Internet at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets to St. Louis Rams home games are scheduled to go on sale via Ticketmaster on July 17, 1999.

Ticketmaster is also providing St. Louis area fans with an exclusive Charge-By-Phone number to purchase tickets virtually "human free" via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) by calling 314-241-1888.
