Here is some important info RE: SEC filings.... Just about everyone who invest in bbs is concerned, and rightfully so, about whether or not the company they are invested is is going to be in compliance with the new REGs. I spoke with David Conway yesterday - CEO of WaterChef and he assured me that the company will have its filings done on time. The company auditors are Feldman, Sherb & Horowitz located in New York.
