I've come to the conclusion that PRST insiders aren't as optomistic about PRST's future as many of the posters on this forum are. This came out on Bloomberg yesterday. The following insiders filed (with the SEC on Form 144)to sell PRST shares on 5/23/96. These filings are very recent and not to be confused with the shares sold in April: Robert Howard, Chairman of the Board 125,000 shares Richard A. Williams, CEO, 37,500 shares Lawrence Howard, A Director 125,000 shares I think it's time to take the profits and sit on the sidelines until the current slide stops.
