To all: just called Heather at Paige Innov. (932 8822 x 25) for an update. 1.web page still in construction. hmmm ... time to get rolling on this. 2.manufacturing of the new plug is going along ok. No details, but she will get back to me by fax or otherwise. 3.News has been slow - no press releases - but what news there was, came on March 10 in Montreal. The Gazette did a long article on Marleau Lemire, that cast a lot of light on Paige, and why the CEO and board dumped R.Groome from the board. It appears that that the OSC is taking a long look at Marleau Lemire (a Montreal brokerage) and not liking what it saw. Paige was an innocent bystander drawn in because M.L. (Groome) improperly counselled a hick farmer to sink his seed money into Paige, deemed to risky for hick farmers. ----------------------------------------- I could not find the article on www.montrealgazette.com but I will try to OCR the fax for this thread. ------------------ The upshot is, I am impressed that Heather has revealed this not-nice news, so that investors are properly informed. She's doing the right thing. I am also favorably impressed that the CEO has come in with a big broom and swept out some characters who impeded the progress of the company. (I am not referring to Mr. Dickie, who is simply an inventor and founder, and a pretty nice guy!) fred bealle PS. heather will soon have an email address, heather@flatplug.ca, so keep it in mind.
