Carole, How do you know I ever left? {edit} Ahh why play games here.....I never did leave. I was mad but agree the service has gotten much better. I wish you would add options as part of your service. I know there have not been many outages which is why I haven't posted in almost 1.5 years. I'm bummed today and made a remark that will be retracted. Check back in 15 minutes. You guys have done a good job and I shouldn't have been so quick to toss a dart. Seeking a perscription for prozac now...lol
