Arthur, Coming from someone with your experience and knowledge, I take your comments with sincere gratitude. I noticed almost an attitude of arrogance...a patronizing attitude by Mike, Mort, etc. Their on stage laughter in response to the elderly gentleman from the Bronx and other questioners was inexcusable. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming they were just reacting that way out of nervousness or whatever, is still no excuse. They should clearly know better. This was a prime opportunity to communicate the vision and generate excitement, and the gang on stage blew it. I sure hope they read this thread. "Loyal words are sometimes harsh to the ears."
