Ha! Don't know how or why I recalled that, but Thread Historian is a title I'd accept over Thread Troublemaker. Don't mean to be -- it's just that I visit some other threads where all that's offered is a relentless drumbeat by shareholders who seem to post hoping to influence price by stating only how great the stock is, regardless of lousy performance. Of what use is that, really?
A more valuable contribution, in my opinion, is from someone who posts factual articles and asks thought provoking questions. If the thread learns of lucrative prospects from the answers to those questions, I suppose that could have an impact on price. But, as I see it, a drumbeat review of "great potential" and "buy more now" seems pretty see-through and does little good to anyone. Expressing that tends to cause some friction from time to time.
Anyway, sure do like the ol' EDIS gang. We're all hyperspectral hopefuls and I believe it'll pay off one day. But presently I feel the wait has been long and results are due. I believe I read that Larry said something about turning a profit early next year. I certainly hope he can soon start reporting on contracts and bookings based on the value of data secured with ESSI technology. |
