george..........re: "arrogance and patronizing...." i've been pointing this out for months....fallen on deaf ears....a ceo has to know how to play the game...and the game includes the street believing in what you say, as in intc conference call this week. many on the thread are blind followers, as we all have attained wealth by buying dell years ago......but it is the future of dell the stock, that all should question.....a great company...but i tend to agree with your observation...
