Hello Mr. Chisholm:
If I recall with the purchase of Datametrics and the other software firms there was a major write off of 'in progess' R&D. If Datametrics is marginally contributing on their own, they still have many net destroyers of equity holding them back. To ball up down to just Datametrics, Zitel would have to eliminate Zitel and their other subsidiaries. The convertible is dilutive so it does not raise shareholders equity. As long as ZITL continues to be a destroyer of shareholders equity, it is worth approximately cash on hand, probably under 25 cents at this point. I wonder if today's recent blip in price and volume was a portend of some manipulations to come. Smacks of the old style of Zitel in years prior to 1999 where aberrant runs up preceded hype. Time will tell.
Best regards,
m
