AKIS is now AKISE. Back to AKIS next week The E means that it a soon-to-be pink sheet stock because the required filings were not in place. That caused the price of the stock to take a serious hit. I dropped to 5/8 for a few days but now it's back to over $1.00 Why? The E was a mistake. The SEC has been screwing up because they don't have enough people to handle new filings from OTC companies. AKIS filed on May 14, 1999 and the E will be coming off next week. AKIS just signed a lucrative distribution deal with Pepsi Cola giving them the same wholesale pricing as a 100 restaurant chain, and AKIS will have two new locations opening in the very near future. There will be news about this in the coming days. They also have a new IR rep coming on line in he next week or two, in particular, a powerful organization from NYC with a stellar track record. _________________________________ Marc Stager
