Rich, Don't trust the numbers too much. They probably represent estimates for ACT alone... not merged with CMC. That doesn't reflect in any way on the prospects of the merger... I think there will be no problem with the merger going forward as planned... it merely says that Zacks probably doesn't yet have any analyst estimates of post-merger EPS. I don't think we'll see analyst estimates of post-merger EPS until mid-August at the earliest. Sorry, haven't crunched any numbers for the combined company yet. I'll probably wait until ACT presents its result for the current quarter in early August. But see posts 1000 and 1001 above. Rob
