Teflon --Just a note from CNBC ---If MSFT spins off it's internet holdings it would be the second largest internet in capital value. AOL at 125 billion , MSFT at 50 billion , YAHOO at 35 billion then Amazon .
It would be interesting if MSFT held forty per cent and Paul Allen held twenty per cent and the rest went to the public . The effect on allowing a company that could not be charge as a monopoly to chase AOL would be tremendous for the tracking stock . Also the resources available would be a very positive force also .
One question would be if this is the philosophy already being use with MSFT buying their way into ATT"s one source service ( cable assets )and PAUL Allen buying up cable assets at such a strong pace this year ?

BEST WISHES
