Add to that a neckline at about 19 5/8 or so. However, I think the 200day should serve as a good buffer: askresearch.com Also, in this case, the neckline serves to support a H&S pattern, which I believe to be consolidation rather than top. I agree we should move up from here, and if so, it could be a worthy move.
