Thank you Nasdaq777...we are glad you have hung thru it all.

NAQ's goal has always been to provide a quality service at a good price, while also providing the best customer service in the industry.

We have spent much time, energy and money to improve the quality of RT Trader and our support department. I think the benefits of our efforts have been seen over the past several months. But it only takes one instance like today to ruin that reputation.

I expect everything to return to normal on Monday.
