I don't think you will see a split, I think the company is planning on issuing (selling) additional shares it already holds. They need to generate the revenue. (See the government filings they did)

That's where:
1- the market get additional shares to trade
2- the company gets the $$ they need
3- the book-value of the shares I hold sky rockets
