J.: Just relaying the information at the same volume I heard it. They may need to increase the offering from 300,000 shares to ??? after pressure from the NASD and noone wants to part with their portions. I think Dave is low man on the distribution list and may be pressure to give some of his up. We are in an indefinite holding pattern until the NASD feels comfortable that they are not opening this stock into a squeeze. JKeba
