Bill, I would imagine the dividend this time would be much higher than last year as the fund is actually net income positive compared to the loss of .02. The thing is, ROC came up from the low 5's and almost hit 9, and now back to around 7 1/2. Volume is not very large so there might be problems with liquidity if you wanted to sell. But in the long term I think ROC is a great investment, at least unless the Communists invade.
