Well, probably what it means is that they wanted a (much) lower ratio when their own stock price was higher, and the Robot's lower. Which would have made some kind of sense if COMS hadn't collapsed. So probably, as far as USRX was concerned, the deal was actually better later; they seem to think that COMS now is grossly undervalued. Am making any sense at all?

So USRX evidently wanted to do the deal--apparently for strategic reasons--regardless of what happened to COMS's price. Or maybe not. The hell I know...
