Tony I hope it is better. The one thing I dislike the most about ROC is the ability to glean information about it on a timely basis. It in fact is impossible and they don't really do much in let the investors know what is going on. I have a lot of other CEF;s BKF, SBF, ADX, GAM, TY and others and at least I can somewhat stay updated on those. I too believe that ROC should be a good investment and in my opinion no CEF should really be view in the light of short-term. Regards, Bill Fortune III
