Microcap & Penny Stocks : TASA, good bad or indifferent?

I think so, but then, when you look at companies this small, it all looks big and hopeful, all the time. If they receive a $1 million contract, then they raise revenues 25% (or whatever, just an example).

I do think the company is good, but they're a penny stock and I don't know if they'll be taken over, or if they're stuck with the school beauracracy.
