There was a letter to the editor in today's WSJ in response to an editorial written on 7/12 in the WSJ. The implication from today's letter is that Mass. either postponed voting on ESLs or rejected them in place of item pricing. Does anyone have Monday's WSJ or know what happened in Mass? Also, I speculate that someone knows something given that TLS volume was up significantly with price in Toronto. Any rumors? TIA Jeff
