In building coverage. The WSJ article say that one of the problems with IRID has been the lack of in building penetration i.e. you cannot make or receive calls when you are within 4 walls. Globalstar has the same problem. Consider this, how often would you use your cell phone if you could not use it indoors....and if it did not fit in your pocket or on your belt clip. And then Globalstar does not have any Service Providers in Asia besides China MPT. Why is IRID failing and Globalstar stock going high?
